At Smart Buy Laptops, “Quality is the Key.” Every device we sell—whether brand new or certified pre-owned—undergoes a rigorous testing process to ensure peak performance.

 

 

For Brand New Products:

• Manufacturer Warranty: All new laptops and tablets carry the standard official warranty provided by the respective brands (Dell, HP, Lenovo, Apple, etc.).

• Claim Process: Warranty claims for new products must be made at the official brand service centers in Bangladesh. We are happy to assist you in locating the nearest authorized center.

 

For Certified Pre-Owned Products:

• 15-Day Replacement Guarantee: If your pre-owned device encounters a hardware manufacturing defect within the first 15 days of purchase, we will replace it with the same or an equivalent model.

• 1-Year Service Warranty: We provide a 1-year free service warranty (excluding parts) for all pre-owned laptops.

• Exclusions: Warranty is void in cases of physical damage, screen cracks, liquid damage (spills), lightning/voltage surge damage, or unauthorized repairs/opening of the device.

 

Requirement: You must present the original purchase invoice to claim any warranty service at our Bashundhara City shop.
